Replacement temperature sensor and thermal glue to repair the Breville Touch with the ER05 error.



** IMPORTANT - This part is to replace your existing temperature sensor. Some modifications will be required for it to be installed. Please do not buy if you are not able to do this.


multiple purchases up to 5 will come with 1 x tube of thermal glue.

Tips From the Technician:

  • This part needs to be fitted into the existing thermistor enclosure.
  • Make sure the sensor is fully plastered in - see pic
  • Please allow 24hrs for the thermal plaster to dry before fitting.
  • If you are finding the part still moves about after it's dried, then cap the plaster with super glue or similar. 
  • If you see an ER07 error, then you have a short across the sensor. Make sure the wires going to the sensor are not twisted.

Easy fix

This kit fixed my Breville Touch which became a brick after an error because the milk frother wire broke. It took a minute to get to me from Australia, but it was worth the wait! Easy fix and it’s good as new.
